Government Pleader for the State appellant.
According to the office report dated 14.11.2019,
the sole respondent Kirit Prataprai Gaikwad has since
died on 18.11.2012 and the same is also recorded in
the Surat Municipal Corporation. The said office
report is based upon the report received from the
executing agency responsible to execute the bailable
warrant in this appeal. Since the sole respondent who
was acquitted by the Trial Court against which the
State has preferred the appeal has died, the appeal
stands dismissed as abated.
