1.The Letters Patent Appeal is filed under Clause
15 of the Letters Patent by the original petitioner
against the order of the learned Single Judge dated
07.05.2018 passed in Special Civil Application
No.7306 of 2018.

2.The only relief sought in the petition is
seeking direction directing the third respondent to
provide certified copy of the order of removal of the
wall of the Village Panchayat Ghatoli.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up. we have
heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned
Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. It is submitted that the entire record of the

proceedings of the matter is shown to the learned
counsel for the appellant, who made a request to
furnish a copy of the Resolution of the Gram
Panchayat dated 01.03.2017. It is submitted that the
respondents are ready to serve a copy of the
resolution dated 01.03.2017.

5.In that view of the matter, no cause survives
for adjudication of the matter on merits.

6.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant also
requested to dispose of the matter by placing on
record a copy of the resolution dated 01.03.2017 and
the same be served to him today only.

7.In view of such submission made by the learned
counsel appearing for both the sides, we dispose of
this appeal, placing on record the statement of the
learned Assistant Government Pleader that a copy of
the Resolution of the Gram Panchayat dated 01.03.2017
will be served on the petitioner’s counsel today
itself.
