Learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a view to approach Special Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeal), for the relief claimed in the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this appeal, we allow the appellate-writ petitioner to approach the Special Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeal) to challenge to the order of the District Collector, Dang at Ahwa.
