1.We have heard Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned
advocate for the appellant in all these appeals.
Before the learned single Judge, Town Planning
Scheme itself was challenged by the appellant.
The learned single Judge has disposed of the writ
petition, permitting the appellant to raise
objections before the concerned authorities.
2.It is needles to say that after the

objections raised by the appellant are decided by
the concerned authorities, it shall always be
open for him to challenge the same in appropriate
legal forum.
3.For the aforesaid reasons, we do not find any
merits in the appeals and are accordingly
dismissed.
4.Accordingly, the civil applications also
stand disposed of.
