The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite the best effort he has failed to receive any instruction from his client.

The learned Standing counsel for the Co-operative department had informed this Court that the Society has gone under liquidation.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed in the present stage since the petitioner has failed to provide any assistance to this Court through their counsel. However, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to pray for revival of the writ petition by filing an appropriate application, if so required.
