This is an application praying for impleading the Assam Administrative Reforms, Training Pension and Public Grievances (ARTP & PG) department as the party respondent No.10 in W.P.(C) No. 7119/2025.

The learned Standing counsel for the KAAC, the Accountant General, the

Director of Pension and the Education department do not object to the prayer for impleadment of the aforesaid department for proper adjudication of the matter.

Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the inadvertently the prayer clause requires the impleadment of the Joint Secretary, theAssam Administrative Reforms, Training Pension and Public Grievances (ARTP & PG) departmentwhereas the department is to be represented by the Secretary to the department.

Accordingly, he prays that the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Assam Administrative Reforms, Training Pension and Public Grievances (ARTP & PG) department may be impleaded as the party respondent No. 10. The prayer made in the I.A(C) with the modification as prayed for is accordingly allowed.

Accordingly, the Secretary, the Assam Administrative Reforms, Training Pension and Public Grievances (ARTP & PG) department is directed to be impleaded as the party respondent No.10 in W.P.(C) No. 7119/2025.
