This Court vide a detailed judgment dictated in open Court has dismissed the writ petition. The uploading of the said judgment would take some time as the judgment is lengthy.

In the meantime, as this Court has dismissed the instant writ petition, the interim order which was passed on 24.04.2026 stands vacated.
