The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, taking into account that the disputes in the present proceedings would require factual adjudication, the Petitioner would like to withdraw the instant writ petition and avail remedies in terms with Clause 19

Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.
