We have heard Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate Assam for the appellants/State.

This appeal has been preferred by the appellants challenging the judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.1069/2024 and other connected writ petitions.

This Court vide composite judgment and order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WA No.386/2024 and other connected writ appeals, has set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 passed in the afore-noted writ petitions.

In view of the afore-noted composite judgment and order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WA No.386/2024 and other connected writ appeals, this appeal [WA No.70/2025] also stands allowed and the impugned judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 stands set aside.
