Heard Mr. S. Mow, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. N. Ratan, learned Addl. Advocate General for the State respondent.

By filing this application under Order 1 Rule 10 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, the applicant has prayed for impleadment of the Airport Authority of India (for short, ‘AAI’) and the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India as party respondent Nos. 6 & 7 respectively in WP (C) 110 (AP) 2023 contending that they are necessary party as if any compensation is directed to be paid, the same has to be paid by the aforesaid authority.

The prayer having not objected to by Mr. N. Ratan, learned Addl. Advocate General is allowed.

Accordingly, the Airport Authority of India and the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India are impleaded as party respondent Nos. 6 & 7 in WP (C) 110 (AP) 2023.
