By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for rectification of a typographical error in the order dated 26.06.2026 passed in Crl. Pet. 88/2026 along with BA No. 3617/2026.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the order passed in Crl. Pet. 88/2026 along with BA 3617/2025 which was disposed of by a common order on 26.06.2026 - in paragraph No. 20, it was typed as Special Judge, Kamrup (M), Guwahati instead of Special Judge, Cachar, Silchar .

The aforesaid error is a typographical error and stands corrected.

This order shall stand as part of the order dated 26.06.2026 passed in Crl. Pet. 88/2026 along with BA No. 3617/2026.
