Heard Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Ms. R. S. Deuri, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appears for the contemnors on call.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has placed before this Court a compliance report supplied to her on 30.01.2026 by the learned counsel for the contemnors.
