The alleged contemnor has filed the affidavit by annexing the order dated 04.12.2023. It reflects that the petitioner was heard as per the direction of this Court dated 25.01.2023 wherein, the petitioner appears to have admitted that all the plots of land where the LPCs have been issued are not disturbed from any side, accordingly, it has been decided by the alleged contemnor that the plots of land where the LPC have been issued to the petitioner and his relatives will be entered and showed in the index list of map of the final notice as and when the entire matter regarding headquarter issues will be resolved.
Although Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner has strenuously submitted that the alleged contemnor has violated the order of this Court before hearing the petitioner, this Court is of unhesitant view that the order of this Court dated 25.01.2023 has duly been complied with.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
