Heard Shri H.J. Tamuli, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri P. Mahanta, learned counsel and Shri M.M. Zaman, learned Standing Counsel, AIIDC.

At the outset, Shri H.J. Tamuli, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the brief has been taken back by the client.

At this stage, Shri P. Mahanta, learned counsel has submitted that he has filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that I.A.(Civil) No. 2120/2026 would not be pressed by him.

So far as the writ petitionsare concerned, Shri Mahanta, the learned counsel has submitted that he has instructions not to press the same.However, he has sought liberty to approach appropriate forum.

Writ petitions accordingly stand dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that since the writ petitions have been withdrawn, any observations made by this Court in the course of the proceedings shall not cause prejudice by either of the parties.
