Heard Ms. N Begum, learned counsel for the applicant.
This Interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking alteration of the address of the respondent no.6 in WP(C) No.5150/2025. According to the applicant/petitioner, the address of the respondent no.6 earlier shown in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition being “6. Sri Parag Jyoti Sarma, through the chief Conservator of Forest, Southern Assam Circle, Silchar, PIN-788001” is not the correct address and therefore, applicant/petitioner seeks to incorporate the correct address of
the respondent no.6 which is reflected in Para 3 of the Interlocutory Application as under:
“ Sri Parag Jyoti Sarma Range forest Officer, Patharkandi Range, Under Karimganj Forest (T) Division, PO: Patharkandi Dist.-Karimganj (Sribhumi),
PIN-788724”
The prayer made in the Interlocutory Application is not objected to by Mr. S
