Heard Mr. S. A. Bakhtiar learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. W. Rahman, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. A. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. In deference to the earlier order dated 11.05.2026, the prospective arbitrator Justice Mr. Manojit Bhuyan, former Judge of the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court has furnished a written declaration by communication dated 19.05.2026 through the Registry which is placed before this Court.

3. The said written declaration does not disclose any hardship or difficulty that may arise in Justice Mr. Manojit Bhuyan appointment as an arbitrator.

4. Accordingly, the appointment of Justice Mr. Manojit Bhuyan as a sole arbitrator by the earlier order dated 11.05.2026 stands confirmed.

5. Copies of this order be furnished to Justice Mr. Manojit Bhuyan, former

Judge of the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court by the Registry of this Court. The learned counsel for the parties are also permitted to place copies of this order before the arbitrator appointed by this Court.

6. The learned counsel for the parties shall appear before the Arbitrator on 26.06.2026, whereupon the Arbitral Tribunal so constituted will proceed to invoke his jurisdiction as per provisions of law.

7. Accordingly, in terms of the above this writ petition stands disposed of.
