Heard Mr. S. K. Ghosh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. B. Das, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the APDCL.

The case of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner initially had a Single Phase connection of 3 KW. The petitioner sought for enhancement of the load to 10 KW which was duly sanctioned by the respondent authorities. The petitioner also made the requisite payment for enhancement of the connected load.

The grievance of the petitioner for which the petitioner has approached this Court is that inspite of the sanctioning of the 10 KW which is required to be provided with a 3 Phase meter, the 3 Phase meter has not been installed, for which the petitioner has approached this Court.

Mr. B. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the APDCL submitted on instructions that on 07.08.2025 at 4:30 PM,

the 3 Phase connection to the petitioner's premises has already been installed, and in that regard, has also produced an instruction including the photographs of the 3 Phase connection installed to the petitioner's premises. The said document is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”.

Taking into account the instructions so provided as well as the document which is kept on record and marked with the letter ”X”, nothing further survives in the instant writ petition for which the writ petition stands closed.
