2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved for non provincialisation of her service as Hindi Teacher in the Bogibil High School, Dibrugarh district. The petitioner has filed a representation before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam on 01.08.2024 (Annexure - 15) and the Headmaster of the Bogibil High School, Dibrugarh has also filed a representation on behalf of the petitioner on the same date i.e. 01.08.2024 before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, both the representations are yet to be disposed of till date.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation by annexing a copy of this writ petition along with all the annexures appended thereto before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today. Thereafter, the Director of Secondary Education, Assam shall consider the representation to be made by the petitioner in accordance with law and also after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the said representation.
