Heard Mr. B. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. S. Chutia, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department, for the respondent Nos. 1 & 4 and Mr. G. Pegu, learned Government Advocate, for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has put to challenge the Office Memorandum dated 18^th September, 2024 issued by the Personnel (B) Department, Government of Assam.

3. Similar writ petitions were also filed challenging the said Office Memorandum dated 18.09.2024 and were disposed of by a Common Order dated 03.04.2025 and the leading case was WP(C)/342/2025.

4. Learned counsel for the parties, submits that this writ petition is also covered by the Order dated 03.04.2025 passed in WP(C)/342/2025 and other batch of writ petitions.

5. Accordingly, it is directed that the present writ petition shall also be covered by the directions passed by this Court in WP(C)/342/2025 and other batch of writ petitions by the Order dated 03.04.2025.
