Heard Mr. N. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.D. Nair, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6, Mr. S. Das, learned standing counsel, Higher Education Department, appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. Pranjal Saraogi, learned counsel for the respondent No.4.

Mr. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already superannuated on 30.06.2025 and as such, this matter becomes infructuous and accordingly, he submits that the matter may be closed.

Accordingly, taking note of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.

Mr. Nair, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 submits that he had earlier produced the original documents before this Court and he submits that the Registry may be directed to return the same.
