Heard Mr. A. K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Ms. Sumita Sarma, learned Government Advocate, Assam, appearing on behalf of all the respondents, at some length.

It is seen that admittedly, the writ petitioner has not produced the documents which he is now placing reliance, either, before the recruiting agency, or, before the learned Single Judge, and/or, before this Court at the time of hearing the connected writ appeal being W.A. No. 335/2024.

Hence, we do not find any merit in this review petition for review of the order, impugned, herein, in the present proceeding.

The review petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.

No costs.
