This interlocutory Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 is filed by the applicants praying for condoning the delay of 45 days in filing the connected appeal.

It is seen that no counter to the Interlocutory Application is filed on behalf of the sole respondent and the Interlocutory Application, in question, is not seriously opposed.

Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and after going through the contents of the Interlocutory Application, we deem it appropriate to allow the prayer for condoning the delay of 45 days in filing the connected appeal.

Hence, the Interlocutory Application is allowed. The delay of 45 days in filing the connected appeal is hereby condoned.

Registry is directed to register the connected appeal and list it for admission on 17^th of February, 2025.
