Heard Mr A F N U Mollah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who has submitted that he has gone through a copy of the order dated 22.03.2024, which is found on record of this case as Annexure-A and is also

produced by Shri I. Borthakur, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. In all fairness, he has submitted that the requirement of this Court in order dated 11.08.2023, passed in WP(C) No. 4557/2023 has been complied with. However, he submits that the said orders would be required to be assailed since they do not satisfy the claim of the petitioner.

Mr Mollah has also submitted that the petitioners have not been supplied with a copy of this order. The District Commissioner, Dhubri District, Dhubri, is directed to provide a copy of the order dated 22.03.2024, to the petitioner immediately, on his approach. The petitioner would be at liberty to agitate grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

It is also noted that the letter dated 28.03.2024 had been sent to the Registry directly by the office of the respondent. The District Commissioner shall ensure that no further instructions or communications by respondents are sent in any litigation to the Registry of this Court directly.

The Contempt Petition is accordingly, closed on compliance with liberty to the petitioner as indicated.
