Heard Mr. K. Mira, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the proposed contemnor Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of an order dated 19.12.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 1872/2022 by this Court.
Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the proposed contemnors submits that the direction to make payment, the admitted due to the petitioner has already been complied with and the admitted amount has already been released. However, Mr. Mira, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire due has not been released.
In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt petition may be closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach once again, if any grievance still remains.
Prayer stands allowed.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed with a liberty as prayed for.
