"5. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the Committee constituted vide the notification dated 15.11.2021 by placing all the relevant documents and the claims.

on behalf of the respondents submitted that pursuant to the materials submitted by the petitioner, an enquiry was made and it was found that the petitioner’s claims were fake and accordingly, vide an order dated 06.09.2025, the claims of the petitioner have been rejected. A copy of the said order has been placed before this Court, which is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”.
