Heard Mr. A. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing the application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Sri. Narayan Konwar, IAS, the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Elementary Education as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt petition since he is the new incumbent holding the said post.
The learned counsel submits that the impleadment is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s directions.
In view of above, upon perusal of the application, the impleadment, as prayed for, is hereby allowed.
