Heard Ms. S Choudhury, learned counsel appearing on instructions of Shri RK Bhatra for the applicant. Also heard Shri K Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.
Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel has submitted that in the online certified copy obtained, due to some inadvertence, the amount mentioned in the order of the Lok Adalat dated 14.06.2025 has been written as Rs. 51,00,000/- which, however should be Rs. 14,91,266/-. She has also drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure-C which is the sheet issued in respect of the Award wherein, the amount has been correctly written as Rs.14,91,266/-.
However, on a verification of the original records of the connected MFA/43/2014 (D/O), it is seen that there was no such mistake in the said order. It thus appears that due to inadvertence, the mistake crept in at the time uploading the order online.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the IA.
Accordingly, the IA is dismissed on withdrawal.

Office is accordingly directed to furnish correct copy of order dated 14.06.2025 to the concerned parties and also make fresh communication of the order to the concerned Commission.
