The grievance of the petitioner is against the running of a brick kiln by the private respondents as well as inaction of the police authorities in the complaint lodged alleging forceful eviction as well as land grabbing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file afresh by making necessary party respondents.
