1 . Heard Mr. B.K.Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the opposite party/respondent.

2 . The petitioner, namely, SHRI.UTJAL TAMANG was granted interim anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench on 22.01.2025 in connection with Howraghat P.S. Case No. 63/2024 and in pursuance of the direction passed on the aforesaid date, he has appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation and after perusal of the case diary, the same has been confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.

3. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above named petitioner by order dated 22.01.2025, is hereby made absolute with the conditions that:-

(i) the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation of the case and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required in connection with the investigation of the aforesaid police station case and

(ii) the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement , threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

4 . With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of accordingly.
