1 . Heard Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel for the petitioners and also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam who submits that Charge-Sheet has already been laid vide C.S. No. 24/2025 dated 09.03.2025.

granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 14.02.2025 and in pursuance of the direction of this Court, they have appeared before the concerned Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners is extended for next 3 (three) months or till they receive summons from the Trial Court and they appear before the Trial Court, whichever is earlier and on their appearance before the Trial Court, they shall pray for their regular bail.

4 . With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
