Mr. R. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the subject-matter of the writ petition is a claim for ex-gratia amount in terms of a Notification dated 15.11.2014 and as the petitioner has got the relief in the meantime, the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.
Ms. G. Hazarika, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue & Disaster Management Department for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. S. Baruah, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent nos. 3, 4 & 5 are present.
In view of the above submission made by Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
