Mr. R. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the respondent No.8 as Junior Assistant (Grade-III) of provincialised Secondary School under Goalpara district by the order dated 25.05.2023. He however submits that the respondent No.8 during the pendency of this writ petition has tendered his resignation and accordingly the matter has become infructuous.
