Ms. S. Chutia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, inasmuch as, she would like to make “Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India” as a party.
Ms. R. Deka, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resources Department submits that she has got no objection to the prayer of the petitioner’s counsel.
Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
