However, dismissal of this writ petition will not bar the petitioners from submitting a detailed representation before the Director, Elementary Education Department, Government of Assam, who, in the event of preferring any appeal by the petitioners, shall consider the issues raised by them and on a detailed examination of the matter, pass a speaking order covering all the grievances that may be raised in their representation.
