decision dated 29.06.2024, whereby the Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Panchayat and Rural Development Department had directed to cancel the ongoing process of settlement of haats/ghats/fisheries/ponds etc., for the year 2024-25 and thereby to include a provision in the tender document that the bidder, who quotes more than 10% of the average settled value of the last three years of the haats/ghats/fisheries/ponds etc. shall not be qualified.
