A detail order has been passed earlier on 10.05.2024 as to how the petitioner filed this writ petition against the order dated 30.06.2017 passed by the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal, Nagaon Court No. 10th at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai in F.T.(D) Case No. 910/2015 suppressing the fact that with regard to the said order dated 30.06.2017 of the Tribunal, the petitioner filed WP(C) No. 5610/2017.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. J C Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is also one of the counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 5610/2017 submitted that though he filed Vakalatnama for the petitioner in said WP(C) No. 5610/2017, as the said writ petition is led by another counsel, being unaware, he filed the present writ petition for the petitioner and tendered his unconditional apology for filing this writ petition on behalf of the said petitioner inadvertently.
The same is accepted by the Court.
On instructions of the petitioner, Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this writ

Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
