Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievances as may be permissible under law in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal Case No. 6492/2002 on 17.03.2009 and this Court’s order dated 06.08.2018 passed in WP(C) Case No. 5232/2012. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for.
