Heard Mr. BK Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had filed an ejahar before the Dispur Police Station on 07.08.2015, which was registered as Dispur PS case No. 1644/2015 under Section 420/406/467/468 IPC. However, the investigation was not properly done. Records reveal that during the proceeding of this case, the Officer-in-Charge of Dispur Police Station has submitted a report to the following effects:
“ During investigation I/O examined the complainant Sumit Kr. Basu and recorded his statement, I/O seized some photo copy of agreement papers in between DNA and HKS association of Shyam Kishore Sinha.
I/O conducted house search of accused person and the O/o the HKS association. The accused person was appeared at PS after obtaining ancipatory bail from the Hon’ble Court of Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. I/O recorded his statement and enlarged him on bail as per the order of the Hon’ble Court. The original papers, which are yet to be seized from the office of the DNA and HKS association of Kolkata and Mizoram respectively.
The case is pending for collection of original documents from the office of the DNA and HKS association for submitting FF.

In view of the aforesaid, in the considered opinion of this court, the petitioner should not have any grievance at this stage after the aforesaid report.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed.
