2) Heard Mr. G. Sarma, learned Standing Counsel, Home Department, Assam for the respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 as well as Mr. R. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent 3.
3) It appears from the record that by order dated 04.06.2018, it was observed by this Court that the present review petition was not filed as per the format prescribed as per Rule 2 of the Chapter X of the Gauhati High Court Rules and accordingly, a direction was made for returning the review petition to the petitioner for filing the same as per the prescribed Rules.
4) It also appears from the office note dated 20.06.2018 that in pursuant to the order dated 04.06.2018, the original review petition was returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which was duly received by the learned counsel.
5) Thereafter, there is nothing on record to show that the review application was filed as per the prescribed format under Rule 2 of the Chapter X the Gauhati High Court Rules.
6) In view of the above, this Review Petition stands closed.
