Heard Mr. R. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners and also heard Ms. K. Wangmu, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondents.

By filing this application, the applicants have sought for impleadment of the Secretary, Department of Land Management, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh as the respondent No.3 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)501(AP)2022.

The learned Govt. Advocate has raised no objection to the prayer for impleadment.

Having considered that the grievance raised in the connected writ petition, pertains to land acquisition and the notification has been issued by the Secretary, Land Management Department for construction of Anonpani Hydro Electric Project (23 MW) Etalin Circle of Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh, I deem it appropriate to allow this application for impleadment of the Secretary, Land Management, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
