Heard Mr. G. Bhol, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. G. Tarak, learned counsel for the respondent.
By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for impleadment of Shri Paogin Haokip, the present Chairman of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank, Naharlagun, as the earlier Chairman, Mr. Deepak Kumar Gupta has been transferred in the connected Cont. Cas(C) 5/2023.
Mr. G. Tarak, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the present application, which seeks to implead one Shri Paogin Haokip, the present Chairman of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank, Naharlagun.
Having considered the submissions and also on the fact that one Shri Paogin

Haokip has joined as a Chairman of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank, Naharlagun, in place of respondent no.1, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, Shri Paogin Haokip, be impleaded as respondent no.3 in the connected contempt case No. 5/2023.
Accordingly, this I.A. is allowed and disposed of.
