Heard Ms. P Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. R J Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the opposite party No. 1.
The petitioners have filed this criminal petition praying amongst others for quashing and/or setting aside the order dated 14.09.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Golaghat in D.V. Case No. 80/2022 filed by the opposite party No 2 as well as the subsequent proceedings of the said D.V. Case No. 80/2022.
On instructions of the petitioners, Ms. Kalita, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this criminal petition to which the counsels for the opposite party have no objection.
Prayer is allowed.
This criminal petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
