This application has been filed praying for correction of typographical error appearing in the order dated 22.12.2023 passed in Criminal Petition No.1385/2023.
In that order, Sessions Case No.(T-1) 575/2023 has been mentioned. It has been pleaded that it should have been Sessions Case No.(T-1) 575/2013.
The error stands corrected.
Henceforth, the Sessions Case No.(T-1) 575/2023 appearing in the said order dated 22.12.2023 shall be read as Sessions Case No.(T-1) 575/2013.
The applicant is directed to appear before the trial court within next 10(ten) days from today.
The Interlocutory Application (Crl.) is disposed of.
