Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the claimants/applicants. Also heard Mr. R. Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondent Insurance Company.

In the matter of MAC Appeal No.265/2020, this Court directed the Insurance Company to deposit 50% of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court and it has been submitted that the money has been deposited in the Registry of this Court.

The present application has been filed praying for leave to withdraw the said 50% of the awarded amount from the Registry of this Court.

Mr. Sharma has submitted that the Insurance Company has no objection if the claimants/applicants are allowed to withdraw the money.

¶25

Accordingly, the four claimants/applicants are allowed to withdraw the 50% of the awarded money.

¶26

Registry is directed to disburse the said 50% of the awarded amount to the four claimants/applicants without any rider and on proper verification and identification.

¶27

With the above direction, the Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
