Shri D Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C)/1947/2022 has been complied with.
In view of such submission, this Court is of the opinion that the proceeding is not required to be carried on any further.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
