By this application, the applicant is praying for impleadment of (1) Shri P. Ashok Babu, IAS, The Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Health And Family Welfare Department, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 (2) Smt. Indrani Laskar, ACS, Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Health And Family Welfare Department, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 (3) Shri K. S. Gopinath Narayan, (IA&AS) Accountant General (A&E) Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati781029 and (4) Smt. Malavika Choudhury, IAS Finance (ESTT-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-781006 as party respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 in the Contempt Case No.424/2022 on the ground that the earlier incumbents have been transferred out and the aforesaid incumbents are presently holding the respective posts.
After considering the cause shown in the present application, the prayer for impleadment is allowed.
