This is an application filed under Order XXII Rule 2 of the CPC praying for substitution of the legal heirs of appellant no. 2, Sri Mintu Das, who expired on 17.10.2023.
The application has been filed within time.
Therefore, the prayer is allowed.
The legal heirs of the deceased appellant no. 2, Mintu Das whose names are given in page no. 3 of this application shall be substituted in his place in the title page of the memo of appeal.
