This Interlocutory Application is filed on behalf of the applicant/contempt petitioner with a prayer to substitute “Shri Pranjit Kumar Wary, ACS, Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam, Mines and Minerals Department, Dispur, Guwahati” in place of respondent No.2, “Shri Arpan Saikia, ACS”, in Cont. Case (C) No.1/2023. It is submitted that Shri Arpan Saikia, ACS has superannuated from service.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection if the present application is allowed.

In such circumstances, the present application is allowed.

“Shri Pranjit Kumar Wary, ACS, Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam, Mines and Minerals Department, Dispur, Guwahati” is substituted as respondent No.2 in Cont. Case (C) No.1/2023 in place of earlier respondent No.2, “Shri Arpan Saikia, ACS”.
