Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the Medical Education and Research Department has no objection to the nomination of the respondent
No.6 as Member of the Pharmacy Council of India and the said decision taken

by the Health and Family Welfare Department has been approved by the Minister of both the departments, we do not find any case for grant of any interim stay.
Therefore, the I.A. No.2536/2024 seeking interim relief is dismissed.
