Heard Mr. P. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicants.
By this application, the applicants are praying for condonation of 168 days delay in filing the connected miscellaneous application being Misc. Case No.48/2024 for restoration of WP(C) No.6987/2017.
Ms. P. Das, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department has no objection in this regard.
This Court has also perused the causes shown in the present application and is satisfied.
Accordingly, the delay of 168 days in filing the connected miscellaneous application for restoration of WP(C) No.6987/2017 is allowed.
